Slice the Spaghetti Squash in half using a sharp and long knife.
Be careful! This meal is not worth losing a limb!
Scrape the inside of each half with a spoon. Save the scrapings.
The seeds are like pumkin seeds and can be eaten as a snack.
Separate the pulp from the seeds.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You can bake the seeds and pulp while the oven is preheating.
Spread pulp & seeds on aluminum foil on a baking pan. Pour a tiny bit of olive oil on seeds & pulp. Bake 5 minutes while oven preheats.
Remove seeds & pulp from oven. Sprinkle with a little salt. Enjoy!
Pour about 1 tsp olive oil in each half and spread until all “flesh” is coated.
Bake squash halves 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Then 375 degrees, 15 minutes.
While the squash bakes, cook chicken in non-stick pan. Season with 1 Tbsp olive oil, dash of salt, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs Dash Extra Spicy.
Add cooked shrimp.
When squash is done, scrape “flesh” with a fork into large bowl. Long strokes make longer “noodles.”
Store in a large bowl with lid.
Grab a bowl. Scoop squash into bowl. Top with precooked chicken & shrimp.
Add a little salsa.
Sprinkle cheese.
