Our shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping times and costs are according to USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing although we usually have items shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend a shipping method that is trackable.
If a shipping company (ie: United States Postal Service) returns an item for any reason, all processing fees and shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS
Your files will be delivered electronically and available to download once payment is confirmed. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate download link to access your digital product via email. As this is a digital item, no physical shipping is required, and you will not be charged any shipping fees.
